It is a private advertising management tool. It is used only by Rodney Benito Ads, for the Amazon sellers whose advertising it manages, to:
Every change is made deliberately by me as part of the advertising work the account owner has asked me to do. The tool does not change product listings, prices, inventory or orders. It is not offered to the public.
Only for Amazon accounts whose owners have authorized it:
It does not request or store Amazon customers’ personal information (such as buyer names, addresses or contact details).
Only to manage advertising for, and report to, the account owner who authorized access. It is not used for any other purpose and is never sold.
On my own computer, which uses full-disk encryption. Access credentials are stored in the computer’s encrypted system keychain, with a backup copy in an end-to-end encrypted password manager (Proton Pass). Reports and working files are backed up to end-to-end encrypted cloud storage (Proton Drive).
I use an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) to help analyse reports. Report data I give it is processed under Anthropic’s terms, with the setting that allows it to be used for training AI models switched off. The data is not shared with anyone else.
For as long as I manage advertising for the account. When that ends, or when the account owner asks, I delete the account’s data and credentials within 30 days.
Account owners can revoke this application’s access at any time through their Amazon account settings (for Seller Central: Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps), or by emailing rodney@rodneybenitoads.com.
If this notice changes, the “Last updated” date above will change too.
